Address:Philly HC will run an outdoor training program for our club and non club players over the autumn outdoor season.
Players will train over 8 weeks, once weekly = 08 sessions.
Session focus will be high level skill development, tempo, power and accuracy of passing, speed and power of player movement. Small match play will focusing on developing players ability to maintain possession under pressure. Hockey specific conditioning will be included in these sessions.
Training sessions will be delivered on international specific water-base astroturf.
All of our programs follow FIH rules. No cage goggles allowed unless medically necessary.
