Address:Philly HC will run indoor skills and play program for our club and non club players over the 2023-24 winter indoor season. Session are focused on skill development, tempo, power and accuracy of passing, speed and power of player movement. 30 minutes of each session will focus on small match play. These games develop players ability to maintain possession under pressure. Hockey specific conditioning will be included in these sessions.
We will run two blocks of 6, once a weak Academy Training sessions. You can sign up for one or both.
Indoor training sessions will be delivered on an indoor sport court surface.
All of our programs follow FIH rules. No cage goggles allowed unless medically necessary.
