- Autumn Training Program 2025

Philly HC is excited to run its training program for players and goalkeepers over the autumn season. No club affiliation is required to attend. Session focus will be high-level skill development, tempo, power, and accuracy of passing, speed and power of player movement. Small match play will focus on developing players ability to maintain possession under pressure.
Players will train over 7 weeks, twice weekly = 14 sessions.
Training sessions will be delivered on SportCourt Defense Tiles.
There is no try-out for our autumn training program. We encourage our players to attend this program to maintain and develop their skills in readiness for the winter indoor season.
All our programs follow FIH rules. No cage goggles allowed unless medically necessary.
